This project was a full refurbishment and extension to an existing VW Dealership which comprised of three individual buildings, the works were completed in phases transforming, extending and linking each building to form one of the largest regional VW centres in the country whilst the business remained fully operational throughout the construction period.
Phase 1 of the works was to convert a newly acquired building to the rear of the site into a temporary showroom for the duration of the works. Works we also undertaken in this phase to refurbish and extend the rear Workshop facility, adding 10 new work bays and a Smart repair facility.
Phase 2 of the works was to demolish the existing showroom building. The front workshop building was converted and significantly extended to form an entirely new 30 vehicle showroom complete with 3 handover bays, one diagnostic bay and large administration and meeting facility at first floor. This phase also included extensive revisions and upgrading externally to create additional Used Car Sales Display and Customer Parking areas.
Phase 3 was to convert the temporary showroom into a large Dry Valet and internal Car washing facility.
The project was successfully completed to the agreed programme and budget.
This project was primarily an internal refurbishment to modernise the interior of Ferrari Wilmslow, focusing mainly on the showroom areas. The works included removal, construction, and alterations to partition walls, updated lighting, re-decoration, A/C improvements and internal fit out of glazing, furniture and IT equipment.
This project converted a 9-acre greenfield site into a state-of-the-art Jaguar Land Rover dealership, over a period of 38 weeks. The project was successfully completed to programme, thanks to a lot of hard work, creative thinking and collaboration between the construction team, designers, and our client.
