Stratstone Ferrari – Deanway Business Park, Wilmslow – 2021

This project was primarily an internal refurbishment to modernise the interior of Ferrari Wilmslow, focusing mainly on the showroom areas. The works included removal, construction, and alterations to partition walls, updated lighting, re-decoration, A/C improvements and internal fit out of glazing, furniture and IT equipment.

Jaguar Land Rover Dealership – Bluebell Way, Preston

This project converted a 9-acre greenfield site into a state-of-the-art Jaguar Land Rover dealership, over a period of 38 weeks. The project was successfully completed to programme, thanks to a lot of hard work, creative thinking and collaboration between the construction team, designers, and our client.

VW Dealership – Stockport

This project was a full refurbishment and extension to an existing VW Dealership which comprised of three individual buildings, the works were completed in phases transforming, extending and linking each building to form one of the largest regional VW centres in the country whilst the business remained fully operational throughout the construction period.

Audi Dealership – Grosvenor Street, Bolton

This development is on a site which is central to Bolton. The site was formerly the home to Bolton Community College, which had been previously demolished and left numerous ground remediation exercises.

Jaguar Land Rover Dealership – Chequers Way, Derby

This project converted a 6-acre brownfield site into a benchmark standard Jaguar Land Rover dealership, over a period of 36 weeks. The site was a former cattle market, and is also located in a flood plain, which provided a number of complexities to convert into what you see today.

Production Factory extension Meadow Foods Ltd – Third Drove, Peterborough

This project sets out to deliver an extension and carry out a full refurbishment of the offices, reception, and laboratory areas. Additionally, to the rear there are various extension to the production areas to accommodate further production area, storage and new cold store including new access doors and 4 new dock levellers.
