This project sets out to deliver an extension and carry out a full refurbishment of the offices, reception, and laboratory areas. Additionally, to the rear there are various extension to the production areas to accommodate further production area, storage and new cold store including new access doors and 4 new dock levellers.
All these works are being carried out whilst the site is live, and we are having to coordinate deliveries and collections to the site whilst constructing our works.
The project is progressing well with regular contractor/client meetings taking place to ensure production is unaffected by our contract works.
This is a logistically challenging project to provide refurbish the existing buildings and to construct a number of extensions to a live food processing facility.
To the front of the site, we are to construct an extension and carry out a full refurbishment of the offices, reception and laboratory areas. To the rear there are various extension to the production areas to accommodate further production area, storage and new cold store including new access doors and 4 new dock levellers.
Extensive external works are taking place, extending the rear yards to cope with the increased production from the site and incorporating a large attenuation system under these areas. To the front of the factory, the carparking has been extended and a further attenuation system has been installed.

This project was primarily an internal refurbishment to modernise the interior of Ferrari Wilmslow, focusing mainly on the showroom areas. The works included removal, construction, and alterations to partition walls, updated lighting, re-decoration, A/C improvements and internal fit out of glazing, furniture and IT equipment.
This project converted a 9-acre greenfield site into a state-of-the-art Jaguar Land Rover dealership, over a period of 38 weeks. The project was successfully completed to programme, thanks to a lot of hard work, creative thinking and collaboration between the construction team, designers, and our client.
This project was a full refurbishment and extension to an existing VW Dealership which comprised of three individual buildings, the works were completed in phases transforming, extending and linking each building to form one of the largest regional VW centres in the country whilst the business remained fully operational throughout the construction period.
