To work at Head Office in Hyde, Cheshire.
- Design and Build co-ordination Confirming building plans with Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors.
- Programming Contract works, mini programmes for trades.
- Creating work schedules so projects are completed before deadlines.
- Providing progress reports to clients via phone, email or meetings in person.
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, monitoring progress/chairing regular subcontractor meetings.
- Overseeing building projects to ensure staff are working safely, productively and to a high standard.
